If you’ve been browsing the web recently looking for weight loss or new ways to burn stout in 2009 then you might have come across the acai berry diet. It was a new diet on Oprah that proposed fantastic results for stout burning, although is Oprah’s favorite acai diet not for real? I’m going to expose the truth of whether there has been some kind of misunderstanding.
Oprah Distances herself from Acai Diet Claims
One very fascinating this you will find at the Oprah website is that she in fact does not support these acai berry diets and products flying around the web that are trying to associate themselves to her. This is for excellent reason as well, because acai and weight loss really shouldn’t be used in the same sentence to start with. Acai is fantastic for its anti-oxidant benefits, healthy skin, protection from disease such as cancer and overall improved health as well as all the other nutrients within Acai such as relative amounts of Omega 3, phytosterols and fiber.
But for weight loss it is a whole other tale and it is unfortunate that people are cashing in on peoples un-informed understanding of this. You see on the show they proposed weight loss involving acai but this also involved a fiber shake, the fiber shake which is the real cause for weight loss through its blood sugar balancing effects and colon cleansing ability.
So its all a Myth?
Unfortunately for burning stout acai just doesn’t hold up. You’re better investing your money into something such as calorie shifting where real results are achieved through altering the way your metabolism functions so you burn stout at all times of the day from eating food. At least in the case of calorie shifting people lose lots of weight and keep it off permanently and they don’t break the bank to do it either.
